Important: SendWILL Email Popup New Feature Updates!
We’re excited to announce the latest updates to SendWILL Email Popup v3.0.3. This release brings several improvements to campaign emails, subscriber management, popup display rules, GDPR settings, automation analytics, and overall user experience.
Campaign Email Enhancements
You can now create custom discounts directly for Campaign Emails, making it easier to build more flexible and targeted email marketing campaigns.

We’ve also added support for reusing previously sent linked emails. Merchants can now duplicate and resend an existing email workflow instead of creating a new one from scratch, helping save time when running similar campaigns.
Subscriber Updates
Subscriber CSV import is now supported.
Merchants can import standard Shopify customer list CSV files, with support for files up to 10 MB in size. This makes it easier to migrate and manage existing customer data inside SendWILL Email Popup.

Popup Trigger Rule Improvements
We’ve added several improvements to popup trigger rules to help merchants reach customers at better moments during their shopping journey.
Mobile Exit Intent is now supported. On mobile devices, popups can be triggered when shoppers scroll upward by approximately 5%.

Popups can now also be displayed after customers click Add to Cart, helping merchants capture more leads or offer timely promotions during the purchase journey.

Custom link triggers have also been improved. They are no longer restricted by conflicts with other display rules and can now trigger popups independently.

For Popup Spin Wheel campaigns, we’ve added a “Discount Not Won” notification, so merchants can better manage the user experience when shoppers do not receive a discount.

Opt-In popups now also support a separate mobile image display setting, allowing merchants to better optimize popup visuals for mobile users.
GDPR Settings
We’ve added GDPR compliance settings for end users.
Merchants who would like to enable GDPR privacy consent for their store can do so by adding the GDPR privacy consent code snippet to their theme.liquid file.

Automation Flow Analytics
The Automation Flow details page now includes a date range filter in the analytics section at the top of the page.

This helps merchants review automation performance within a selected time period and better understand the effectiveness of their flows.
Automation Flow – New Subscribe Event Enhancement
The New Subscribe event has been enhanced to support subscription triggers from Shopify Customers.

Previously, this trigger only supported subscriptions created through SendWILL App Subscribers. With this update, the trigger conditions have been expanded to include Shopify Customer subscriptions as well, giving merchants more complete automation coverage.
Bug Fixes & UI Improvements
We’ve also fixed several known issues and improved multiple UI display and usability elements to provide a smoother experience.
