We’ve introduced our pricing plans and rolled out several new features to give you more flexibility when creating emails and setting up automated flows.
📢
Pricing plans launched on August 20
Our pricing plans officially launched on August 20, 2026. Visit the Pricing page to explore plan details and find the right fit for your store.
Existing users receive a 30-day transition period.
You can check the exact start and end dates
for your store on the Pricing page.Pricing is based on two main factors:
- New subscribers:
Pricing focuses on newly acquired subscribers, rather than the total number of contacts you’ve accumulated over time. This means keeping your existing subscriber list doesn’t, by itself, push you into a higher subscriber tier.- Marketing emails sent:
Emails sent through both Campaigns and Automations / Flows count toward your marketing email allowance.✨Alongside the pricing update, we’ve also introduced a
few improvements
to give you more flexibility with your email designs and help shoppers pick up where they left off. Here’s what’s new:More control over product images
You can now adjust image aspect ratios in the Product module, including 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, and more, to better suit your email layout.

Newly added Product modules default to square (1:1) images in a two-column layout.
Personalized button links in Automations / Flows
Buttons now support personalization variables, including dynamic links to product pages, carts, and checkout pages.

For Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, and Checkout Abandonment flows, you can also customize product variant URLs to direct shoppers to the relevant product page, cart, or checkout—making it easier for them to return and complete their purchase.
WebP image uploads
You can now upload WebP images directly when creating your content, without converting them to another format first.
